If you are looking for the real thing then look no further!! Mrs. Erlene and Mr Hammond are absolutely Amazing!! In 2023 we have had to call on Mrs. Erlene five different times for bereavement arrangements and each one was an amazing work of art. Mrs Erlene is very caring and takes time communicating with her customers so that you are sure in what suits your personal need. We also had one of our daughters marry this year and I can't say enough good things about how gorgeous the flowers were her bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning. Hands down They are the best!!!!

Incredible customer service. Great communications and a picture of the arrangement texted to me before delivery. That was a first and I appreciated that extra service. My fiancés mother said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. Highly recommend Earlene Hammond Florist.

I sent flowers to my mother who lives in Clermont, they were absolutely beautiful! I got to see them in person almost a week later and they still were in wonderful condition. My mother said the delivery man was very very nice.

The flower arrangement was perfect. I have ordered flowers from several other places before and the quality of the flowers were amazing. Earlene called me the day after the delivery and had forgotten the stuffed bear. To fix this she delivered an upgraded stuffed bear and my wife was excited to receive two separate gifts. It was a great experience.

The best customer service I have EVER experienced. Not only did Earlene call to let me know they had delivered my arrangement, but she was so considerate and thoughtful to deliver the flowers early because I did not know what time they were needed and she didn’t want them to be late. Additionally, she sent me photos of the flowers and they were the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Beautiful flowers. Arrived promptly and very appreciated. Only problem I had was that, even though I made sure I filled out the card correctly, my name was the only one left off the card. Had the rest of my message and everyone else's name, but for some reason mine was missing. We wrote it in real fast so it wasn't that big of a deal

I do not know what the arrangement looked like in person but the website was easy to use, I received e-mail confirmation that it was delivered, and the family of the deceased sent me a thank you letter saying it was beautiful.
